Prepared matters, fewer open questions: an AI-worker workshop for estate-planning and probate boutiques

Estate work rarely fails on judgment. It fails on preparation — a missing document nobody noticed, two supplied pages that describe the same asset differently, a question that sat unanswered for a fortnight. The Zati workshop puts AI workers around that preparation work, and leaves you running the setup yourself.

Book your free 30-minute discovery call

Start with something useful. Keep it either way.

Your first conversation with David is free. You receive an audit of your website's SEO, AEO and GEO, a preview of how a redesign could look, and a demo of what we could build for a firm like yours.

Bring your website and describe one preparation workflow — its permitted inputs and the output your attorney would actually review. You keep the audit report, the redesign preview and the demo whether or not you book a workshop. No strings, no purchase obligation.

What we build with you

A website clients and answer engines can understand

We work through the audit on your own pages: technical SEO, service pages for wills, trusts and probate administration, mobile experience and the contact path. AEO and GEO work makes your business information clearer and easier for answer engines to access and interpret. We redesign the agreed pages with you and show you how to update them, so the next improvement does not become another development project.

A voice agent for first calls

We set up an xAI voice agent around your business information, common client questions and the details you need from a caller — name of the deceased, matter type, urgency, how they found you. You work through the call flow and test what happens when the agent needs a person. We agree on any booking, quotation, transfer or connected-tool action before it is included, and your business decides what can be handled automatically and what needs your confirmation.

An AI-worker organization with named responsibilities

Workers get useful jobs with defined inputs, outputs and handoffs. Two or three roles worth scoping first:

  • Matter preparation — takes approved intake material, permitted supporting files and your firm's checklist, and returns a document inventory with sources attached.
  • Review coordination — takes that inventory plus reviewer notes and returns a revision list naming the requested correction, the responsible staff member and the input still needed.
  • Follow-up preparation — takes an attorney-approved checklist, approved scheduling notes and approved client requests, and returns a readiness checklist with draft messages for staff review.

We also create maintenance workers for SEO, AEO and GEO: review pages, identify gaps, suggest updates and prepare changes for your review. Roles live in Zati, Muse or GrokBot where the selected platform suits your work — these are alternative tool choices, not automatically interoperable.

The skills to keep it working

You do the work alongside David. Practice changing information, reviewing a worker's output, spotting a mistake and making the next improvement yourself. You finish operating the agreed setup and explaining how to maintain it. You keep your accounts, the operating guidance and a practical routine.

A prospective first workflow

Approved intake → document inventory and open-question brief. The packet lists the documents present, names what is missing, flags conflicting descriptions and points each open question at a reviewer. It is preparation, not legal drafting — and it is the artifact your attorney opens first. Scoped on the call with your permitted inputs and confidentiality boundaries defined by you.

Choose the workshop depth that fits

Practice asking workers for tasks, reviewing their work and improving instructions through conversation.

Each package has a written scope and quote agreed on the call.

  • 2 hours — one agreed improvement or one worker, hands-on practice, clear next steps.
  • 4 hours — one focused workflow and its maintenance routine, with time to test and repeat it yourself.
  • 8 hours — a broader setup across the agreed website, voice or worker tasks, with more practice on how the pieces fit.
  • 16 hours — connect several agreed parts of the business; build confidence operating, checking and improving.
  • 32 hours — a deeper multi-workflow programme with implementation, repeated practice and an extensive operating playbook.

Hosting is optional and separate: if you want free website hosting, we help set it up and show you how to manage it. Domain renewals, phone and AI usage, and any paid software remain separate costs, identified before the workshop.

Questions before you begin

Who makes the decisions? Your attorney approves legal conclusions, signing requirements and what the client is told. Designated staff approve external communications before anything is sent. AI does not make legal, medical or tax decisions.

How do we handle confidential family and financial information? You decide what is supplied, which sources a worker may use and what requires review. We begin with approved inputs and explicit permission for anything connected.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations? No. We improve the agreed pages and build a maintenance process; search and answer engines determine their own results.

Does this replace our document or practice-management systems? No. Those keep the records and the rules. Zati organizes the workers who prepare, review and hand off the work around them.
